Jeff Kerestes
Musician · Producer · Composer · Educator
From playing on Grammy Award-winning records and performing in hit Broadway shows like Hamilton and Waitress to helping young musicians discover their first song, Jeff Kerestes brings musicianship, creativity, and care to everything he does.
Whether he’s performing onstage, shaping an artist’s sound in the studio, creating original music, or inspiring the next generation through The Ukulele Project, Jeff’s work is rooted in a lifelong passion for making music and sharing what it can do.
Brooklyn, NY → Portland, OR
Jeff and his family relocated from Brooklyn to Portland during the pandemic, finding fresh inspiration and new creative possibilities in the Pacific Northwest. His home studio has become a hub for collaborations with local and national artists—a place to produce records, develop original music, and connect with musicians across the country through remote recording.
In 2023, Jeff founded The Ukulele Project to share the joy of music with the next generation. Since then, the program has worked with thousands of young musicians, helping them build confidence, discover their creativity, and experience the fun of making music together.
